Open despite the snow

Despite heavy snow and icy pavements Hillside has stayed open through the recent cold weather, benefiting from its local employment policy. Most of the staff including Receptionist Julie Hogan, Building Manager Ewan Mitchell, Security Officer Jim Lister and Director Jeremy Morton who all live locally simply walked in to work as usual.
Commenting on the weather, Jeremy Morton said “Tiger11 has a local employment policy because we believe in supporting the local economy. It was no surprise that our staff made it in, it really shows their commitment to service, but this an unforeseen advantage of employing local people.”
