Day Delegate Rate
Hillside offers exceptional value for money. Our day delegate package is currently set at £25 + VAT and includes:
- Hire of meeting room
- Provision of full audio-visual equipment and technical support including:
- Digital projector and screen
- PA system in the Conference Hall
- TV with video/DVD
- Whiteboard and pens
- Flip chart and pens
- Delegate notepads and pens
- Up to three servings of tea/coffee throughout the day, and water in the meeting room(s)
- 3-course cold buffet lunch (hot options available at additional cost)
- Free Wi-Fi access throughout the building
- Free reserved parking for the event organising team – free on-street parking available for delegates adjacent to Hillside
- Specially discounted overnight accommodation rates at the nearby 3-star Bewleys Hotel
- A dedicated member of our Conference and Events team to assist you throughout the planning of your event and to welcome and support you on the day.
Additional equipment may be hired as follows:
- Digital projector - £20 + VAT per day
- Laptop computer - £15 + VAT per day
- Screen - £5 + VAT per day
- TV and video/DVD – £10 + VAT per day
We also offer separate room hire, catering and equipment options. Prices start from as little as £10 + VAT per hour, with special rates available to Voluntary, Community and Faith organisations.
For events of less than one day’s duration, we will be delighted to discuss rates and packages tailored to your precise needs.
We request a 30% deposit at least four weeks prior to your event, with the balance payable after the event has taken place.
