Hillside is run Tiger11, a community development trust.

Tiger11 is owned and controlled by local residents in Beeston & Holbeck, working to make Leeds 11 a prosperous community. Tiger11's aims are:

To develop community facilities
To preserve and acquire financially sustainable community assets
To provide the environment for business to thrive, and attract inward investment
To positively raise the profile of the area
To empower local people, raise aspirations and create employment opportunities
To be a resident-led organisation and build our membership, to ensure accountability and community ownership
To collaborate with others, and avoid duplication
